The hotel location is convenient, offering easy access to the city center.. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well-kept. Breakfast provided a good start to the day, though a bit more variety would enhance it further.

The street noise, particularly from the nearby tram and bus stations, was noticeable even late at night.

helpful staff easy access outdated furniture street noise

the staff were nice and helpful , especially when i needed directions. the location was also great , with easy access to public transport.

the room i had was quite small , and the furniture seemed a bit outdated. the noise from the street was also noticeable , even with the windows closed.

small fan inconsistent cleaning

the breakfast was acceptable and offered sufficient choice.

The room lacked air conditioning, i only found a small fan. opening the window was not an option. The noise from trams made sleeping difficult. the cleaning service was inconsistent. On a couple of afternoons when i returned to change clothes, the room wasn't cleaned.

solid option near city center

helpful staff excellent location clean room good breakfast

i stayed at this hotel for several nights i found the staff very helpful the location is excellent a short walk to many attractions i liked that my room was clean breakfast had good options a real plus for starting the day well

one minor issue i noticed was some noise from the street early in the morning it didn't disrupt my sleep much but sensitive sleepers might want to request a room away from the main road

the room included blackout curtains a work desk and a tv with international channels the air conditioning worked efficiently i appreciated the daily housekeeping service that kept everything tidy it was good

the breakfast area provided a variety of choices including hot and cold options i saw fresh fruit pastries and several types of bread the hotel had complimentary wifi access in all areas this was convenient for planning my day it helped
