the staff were nice and helpful , especially when i needed directions. the location was also great , with easy access to public transport.

the room i had was quite small , and the furniture seemed a bit outdated. the noise from the street was also noticeable , even with the windows closed.

the breakfast was acceptable and offered sufficient choice.

The room lacked air conditioning, i only found a small fan. opening the window was not an option. The noise from trams made sleeping difficult. the cleaning service was inconsistent. On a couple of afternoons when i returned to change clothes, the room wasn't cleaned.

i stayed at this hotel for several nights i found the staff very helpful the location is excellent a short walk to many attractions i liked that my room was clean breakfast had good options a real plus for starting the day well

one minor issue i noticed was some noise from the street early in the morning it didn't disrupt my sleep much but sensitive sleepers might want to request a room away from the main road
